Am i eligible to rent a laptop?
Every Malaysian above 18 years old with a Malaysia IC, local bank debit card or credit card is eligible to rent a laptop from LaptopRental.my. For company rentals, please contact us for further assistance.
How is my price determined?
Price are list in every product, you can explore our laptop from our shop page.
How to place my order?
Hi, we prefer that you place your laptop order online. On our shop page, you can find pictures, specifications, and pricing for each product. If you encounter any difficulties with the online ordering process, you can either email us at info@laptoprental.my or reach out to us via WhatsApp, simply click whatsapp link for further assistance.
Can I get my order sooner?
Hi, at LaptopRental.my, we typically follow standard procedures for shipping laptops. This usually takes about 5-7 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to check if we have the availability to serve you or if there will be any additional charges.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Every product show is refer to a physical laptop, so the minimum order is 1 unit.

How will my laptop ship?
Can you deliver my laptop if I am stay at KL?
Depending on our workload, we may choose Grab or Lalamove for delivery, or our dedicated personnel will deliver directly to you.
Can I come pick up my laptop?
All laptop will be send by courier, you can request for refund if you are not satisfied with our laptop.

How much do I have to pay to get started?
For monthly subscription package, you need to pay initial payment (first 3 month and last 3 month), total 6 month for booking. Then we need your debit / credit card to be registered to start pay rental at the 4th month.

If I don't like my laptop, can I return them?
Yes, you can send back to us and get a full refund within 7 days after laptop delivered.
